Pastor: Tim Taylor

Tim has been in the ministry since he graduated from Baptist Bible College in 1979. He has served as an Assistant Pastor in Virginia and Massachusetts.  He pastored Pioneer Bible Baptist Church in Louisburg, Kansas, before coming to VBC in 1988.  He is also a National Director of the BBFI and Chairman for the Vermont Fellowship of Pastors.

Ladies Ministries: 
Sandy Taylor

Sandy has been instrumental in all facets of the ministry from the time she and Pastor moved here with Joy and Joshua in 1988.  She is looking forward to expanding her ladies' ministries going forward. She loves her family intensely and enjoys being "Nan" to her grandchildren and many of the church children.  She loves to read and write, and enjoys meeting friends for coffee.

Youth/Music Pastor:              John Kaufman

John graduated from Pensacola Christian College in 2007. He and his wife Hannah married in July of 2007 and moved to Vermont to work at Victory Baptist Church.  His experiences as the son of a song leader have helped to prepare him for his current ministry. John continues to seek further training at seminars and conferences.  He is also our "Go To" guy for IT in the office.

Office Administrator:
Erica Hertle

Erica graduated from Pensacola Christian College in 2023 with a Bachelor’s in Finance as well as minors in Management and Bible. Raised in Essex Junction, Vermont, she is a native Vermonter. She is rarely spotted anywhere without her shih-tzu, Oliver, and a cup of coffee in her hand. Erica loves being involved in the ministries at VBC, and she is excited to see where the Lord leads!
